Lyse Le Gal and Shania Bogdan joined forces in September 2017 to solve entrepreneurs’ problems.

Trained in finance and advertising, they capitalize on their respective backgrounds to redefine their customers’ business models.

Their mantra: to respect the identity and the values of the organizations which they advise.

My strength is to gather ideas. My creativity is expressed by my capacity to organize chaos. When I get to somewhere new, I see the forest, the trees, but also the roots, the small creatures hiding behind the leaves, and I intuitively feel the impact of the river close-by. Besides creating improbable connections between concepts, I can feel the emotions and I perceive the intangible. Thankfully, I discovered theoretical models to rationalize my hunches and my observations. Otherwise, I could have just become a fortune teller.

People say I have guts. It’s probably true. In a former life, I worked in finance and gave it my all to succeed. That path gave me means to travel around the world backpacking on close to nothing, for a very long time. My creativity comes from my perpetual questioning and from my comfort with contradictions. Before evaluating its risks and its impact, I make sure that an idea will have a positive impact on people and their environment. I am convinced that companies hold a lot of power over humanity’s fate.
